We are looking for a BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist to join our SaaS platform organization and help shape the evolution of cross\-platform analytics capabilities across Assisted Channels.

What You'll Do
------------------

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and customer interaction data.


• Develop visual analytics using Amazon QuickSight and multiple data sources (real\-time and historical).


• Create intuitive dashboards focused on operational monitoring, executive reporting, and customer experience insights.


• Design KPI dashboards, scorecards, and real\-time monitoring views.


• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reporting solutions.


• Ensure usability, scalability, visual consistency, and data accuracy across all dashboards.


• Support analytics use cases across Contact Center, Omnichannel, Workforce, and Customer Experience domains.

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence development and dashboard creation.


• Strong hands\-on experience with Amazon QuickSight and SQL.


• Experience building KPI\-driven dashboards and operational reporting solutions.


• Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to data visualization.


• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable visual insights.


• Experience working with operational and real\-time reporting environments.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.


• Knowledge of embedded analytics in SaaS platforms.


• Experience in Contact Center, Omnichannel, or Customer Experience analytics.


• Familiarity with workforce, operational, or speech/text analytics.


• Experience in multinational or multi\-country environments.
