We’re searching for a passionate Bench Assistant General Manager.

Your key responsibilities as Bench Assistant General Manager:

• Support the General Managers in the day\-to\-day management of the restaurant,taking full responsibility in their absence.


• Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning,development,and success of the restaurant together with the General Manager and Head Chef


• Assume responsibility for budget management,including the management of direct and indirect costs.


• Maintain responsibility for leading,inspiring,and motivating the restaurant team to achieve stability,productivity,and loyalty.


• To consistently act as a role\-model in delivering the highest standard of guest service.

About you:

• You have 2 years \+ experience in this position


• You have strong leadership skills and the confidence to lead the team


• You love to wow guests with exceptional service


• You have excellent English language skills


• You are a real team player


• You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
