Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant | Help Young People Thrive

Plymouth | £95-£100 per day | Full-Time and Part Time Available

REED Education are seeking a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident building positive relationships and supporting young people to overcome challenges. You'll play a vital role in helping students engage with their education, manage their emotions, and develop the skills needed to succeed inside and outside the classroom.

Duties Include:

• Providing support to pupils with SEMH needs.


• Promoting positive behaviour strategies.


• Assisting with emotional regulation and conflict resolution.


• Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom.


• Acting as a positive role model for students.
