We’re on the lookout for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support pupils with everyday learning and tasks.
If you're someone who is calm under pressure and offers the patient and consistency to help young people thrive, then this could be the perfect job for you.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
- Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
- Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
- Leading small group activities
- Helping pupils engage with learning
- Support pupils to feel safe and understood
- Weekly PAYE pay
- Access to free CPD training
- Support from a consultant that genuinely cares

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
