Beauty Salon Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, organised, and customer‑focused Assistant Salon Manager to carry out luxury treatments, lead our beauty spa team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the salon. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, support staff performance, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to a welcoming, high‑quality client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding beauty and wellness services.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior beauty professional


• At least 2 years experience of working in a salon


• Strong communication and people skills, with a warm and approachable manner


• Offering exceptional treatments in level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy


• Confident in organising schedules, managing tasks, and supporting a team


• Good understanding of beauty and wellness services


• Manage, support, and motivate the team, including, performance monitoring, and ongoing development


• Ensure all treatments and services are delivered to the highest standard, maintaining consistency across the team


• Handle client enquiries, bookings, and feedback with a friendly and solution‑focused approach


• Comfortable using booking systems and handling basic admin


• Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations


• Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, service, and professionalism


• Beauty qualifications (Level 2 or 3\)


• Support the promotion of services, packages, and retail products to enhance client experience and drive revenue


• Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency


• Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and customer service at all times

Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.50 per hour
