Job Title: Spa Reception Manager
Position Overview:
The Reception Manager oversees the front\-of\-house operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role is responsible for managing the FOH, coordinating reservations, and maintaining a smooth flow between guests and spa staff. The Reception Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience that reflects the spa’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be diligent, resourceful and quick thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check\-in, check\-out, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Oversee reservations to optimise treatment room schedules and therapist availability.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment in line with spa standards.
- Coordinate with therapists, attendants, and management to ensure smooth communication and guest flow.
- Monitor and report on reception performance, guest satisfaction, and service standards.
- Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and reconciliation procedures.
- Support spa promotions, upselling of treatments, memberships, and retail products.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality policies.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk management, or spa/wellness environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in booking systems and POS software.
- Highly organised, detail\-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
- Passion for wellness, guest service, and luxury hospitality.
- Full\-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: €31,257\.15\-€49,257\.91 per year
