Beauty Consultant Vienna full time

We want to offer our customer a personalised and luxury consultation for skincare, haircare, make\-up and fragrance.

We are hiring new Beauty Consultant whowould join Notino family in Vienna.

You will be part of an expert team driving brand awareness and sales while making each of our customers feel special every day.

What you gonna do:

• Greeting customers, Answering customer questions about products, application techniques or usage. You will be their guide in the world of beauty.


• Develop positive relationships with team in the store.


• Take care of the appearance of the store and maintaining order in the warehouse.


• Attend internal training on product news \& makeup techniques, sales techniques, new processes.


• Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying sales techniques, product knowledge.


• Follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.


• Managing store inventory.


• Maintaining store displays.


• Receiving goods from our warehouse and replenishing goods directly at the store.

Beauty Consultant can benefit from strong interpersonal skills, sales, communication, customer service and artistic skills to excel in the field.

• Communication skills: You may spend a majority of your time as a Beauty consultant with customers and sharing information.


• Ability to work flexible during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays…


• Convey passion and master story telling.


• Connect with our clients and care.


• Previous experience in retail is essential.


• Ability to use digital systems required to successfully run the counter.


• Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge and application techniques to provide best results for clients.
