What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with Travellers: Welcome passengers from across the globe, offering expert advice and helping them find the perfect luxury products.


• Promoting Premium Products: From high\-end fragrances and cosmetics to exclusive spirits, tobacco, and confectionery, you’ll be the go\-to person for all things indulgent!


• Hitting Sales Targets: Your mission? Achieve or exceed your sales goals while delivering top\-notch service that makes every customer feel special.


• Keeping Things Neat \& Tidy: A well\-organized store is key—ensure displays are always stocked, tidy, and eye\-catching.


• Ensuring Compliance: Handle age\-restricted products like alcohol and tobacco responsibly and follow all security protocols.


• Team Spirit: Work closely with your team to create a seamless and exciting shopping experience, especially during peak travel times.

• Must Be 18 or Over: Due to age\-restricted products, you’ll need to be 18 or older to apply.


• Flexibility: We offer full\-time and part\-time shifts, so you can work hours that fit your schedule.


• Early Starts: We are specifically looking to recruit applicants who are available to commit to 5am starts.


• Great Communication Skills: Whether it’s recommending the perfect gift or answering product questions, you’ll need to be a natural communicator.


• Professional, but Fun: We’re looking for reliable, upbeat individuals who are always ready to go the extra mile and make every customer feel valued.


• Adaptable: Airports can get busy, and you’ll need to keep calm, stay positive, and juggle multiple tasks at once.
