As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them stay safe, independent and comfortable — and sometimes, being the person who makes their day a little brighter.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you'll provide person\-centred care tailored to each client's needs, which may include:

• Personal care and daily routines


• Meal preparation


• Light household tasks


• Companionship and emotional support


• Promoting independence and wellbeing

Every visit is a chance to make a difference.

Shifts

8:00am–2:30pm or 4:30pm–10:00pm

Weekend availability is required, with flexibility around alternate weekends where possible.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need experience — we'll train you!

We're looking for people who are:

You must have access to reliable transport, as visits are typically around 15 minutes apart.
