Internship in M\&A advisory on a project dedicated to the UK market: scouting and cold calling of UK companies to identify mandate opportunities.
About us
Empiria Partners is an M\&A advisory boutique with offices in Milan and London. We assist entrepreneurs and industrial groups in the sale or acquisition of companies.
What you will do
\- Sourcing target companies in the UK across specific sectors
\- Cold calling and first outreach to decision\-makers at UK companies
\- Pre\-screening with company one\-pagers (financials, positioning, key decision\-makers)
\- Sector mapping and competitive analysis on the UK market
Who we are looking for
\- Final\-year student or graduate in economics, finance, management or industrial engineering
\- Excellent command of English (working language, cold calling with UK counterparts)
\- Analytical mindset and confidence in speaking with senior figures on the phone
\- Autonomy and reliability in remote work
Operational setup
Full\-time internship, fully remote. One or two in\-person alignments per month at our Milan office.
Package
Performance\-based bonus.
