We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join the team at Myers Building \& Timber Supplies, Leyburn.

Your primary aim is to support MBTS sales in achieving sales targets, and safe working environment compliance, and sales aspects of commercial performance In doing so, this position plays a vital role in achieving sales budgets and profit growth.

What you'll be doing

• Contribute to the delivery of the sales and margin targets whilst maintaining a value proposition for the customer.


• Provide proactive leadership to colleagues communicating effectively, supporting training needs, aiding performance, and ensuring best utilization and engagement of the team.


• Be the focal point of contact for supplier representatives, ensuring they are afforded time and assistance to achieve collaborative working partnerships.


• Use Bistrack to drive the sales effort in collaboration with the managers and group sales function to support initiatives to address areas of improvement.
