<p>This is a full time <strong>salaried</strong> position based in our ABA center.</p>
<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="1jk4l0j" data-start="972" data-end="1047">Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.</li>
<li data-section-id="djir99" data-start="1048" data-end="1111">Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.</li>
<li data-section-id="1wyugsc" data-start="1112" data-end="1184">Collect, analyze, and graph client data to monitor treatment progress.</li>
<li data-section-id="cice6b" data-start="1185" data-end="1265">Assist with functional behavior assessments and treatment plan implementation.</li>
<li data-section-id="1x0c6o0" data-start="1266" data-end="1318">Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision.</li>
<li data-section-id="1mdgn5y" data-start="1319" data-end="1396">Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.</li>
<li data-section-id="io50j7" data-start="1397" data-end="1471">Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback to RBTs.</li>
<li data-section-id="1xal6qe" data-start="1472" data-end="1561">Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, educators, and caregivers.</li>
<li data-section-id="wx7rhb" data-start="1562" data-end="1616">Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.</li>
<li data-section-id="36ikxs" data-start="1617" data-end="1713">Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and organizational policies.</li>
<li data-section-id="sjq6bc" data-start="1714" data-end="1793">Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)</li>
<li>Must obtain Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date</li>
<li>Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as on a team</li>
<li>Interest in professional development and advancement</li>
<li>Solid communication skills</li>

<ul data-start="1828" data-end="2268">
<li data-section-id="1ljvp9o" data-start="1828" data-end="1907">Current <strong data-start="1838" data-end="1892">Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)</strong> certification.</li>
<li data-section-id="isbxdd" data-start="1908" data-end="2009">Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.</li>
<li data-section-id="17ooex9" data-start="2010" data-end="2070">Active state licensure (if required by state regulations).</li>
<li data-section-id="e2xnvm" data-start="2071" data-end="2136">Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li data-section-id="e64olo" data-start="2137" data-end="2190">Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li data-section-id="1faguor" data-start="2191" data-end="2268">Ability to travel locally to client homes, schools, and community settings.</li>
