Location: Glenfield Bathrooms, 20 Devonshire Road, Leicester, LE4 0BF
Job Type: Full\-time, 37\.5 hours a week including Saturdays with a day off in the week. No Sundays, evenings or bank holidays.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience .

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer\-focused Bathroom Sales Designer to join our growing team within our established family business.

As a Bathroom Sales Designer, you will work closely with a range of trade, retail and installation customers from initial consultation through to final design and delivery creating beautiful, functional bathrooms tailored to their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome \& consult with customers in the showroom, on the phone \& by email.


• Understand customers' requirements, style preferences, and budgets.


• Recommend products, fixtures, fittings, and accessories to create complete bathroom solutions.


• Design bespoke bathroom layouts using CAD/design software (training provided if required).


• Place and process orders and liaise with customers, suppliers and installers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.


• Maintain showroom displays to a high standard.


• Proactively develop sale opportunities and special offers.


• General stock control and administration in relation to the role.


• Deliver exceptional after\-sales service and build long\-term customer relationships.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in bathroom or similar design and sales.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Confidence using computers and design software (or willingness to learn).


• The ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.


• A positive, self\-motivated, and team\-oriented attitude.

• Experience using CAD or bathroom planning software.


• Knowledge of bathroom products, plumbing layouts, and current design trends.
