Bathroom designer & sales manager

We are a growing bathroom renovation, design, supply, and fit company based in Dublin, specializing in delivering high\-quality, fully managed bathroom transformations from concept to completion.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer\-focused Bathroom Design \& Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design, sales, and customer service who can guide clients through the entire bathroom renovation journey.

About the Role

As our Bathroom Design \& Sales Manager, you will work directly with customers to design beautiful, practical bathrooms tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and budget. You will manage the customer experience from the first consultation through design, product selection, quotation, and final sale.

You will combine strong design ability with commercial awareness, helping clients visualize their dream bathroom while confidently closing sales and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with customers to understand their bathroom renovation needs, style preferences, and budget

Create inspiring and functional bathroom designs using product knowledge and design software/manual layouts

Recommend suitable products including sanitaryware, tiles, showers, furniture, lighting, and accessories

Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for full bathroom renovation projects

Convert enquiries and consultations into sales

Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service

Provide exceptional aftercare and ongoing support throughout the customer journey

Coordinate with installation and fitting teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge at a high standard

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and bathroom innovations

Requirements

Previous experience in bathroom sales, kitchen sales, interior design, or renovation sales

Strong sales ability with a proven track record of closing deals

Excellent customer service and relationship\-building skills

Good understanding of bathroom products, layouts, and design principles

Confident in preparing quotations and discussing budgets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and commercially minded

Experience using CAD or design software is an advantage

Full driving licence preferred

What We Offer

Competitive base salary of €55,000 to 60,000 per year
