Bathroom Designer

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer\-focused Bathroom Sales professional to join our team, ideally with CAD design experience .This role involves providing excellent service to customers, offering expert advice on products, and supporting sales growth through effective merchandising and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Duties

• Assist customers in the showroom by providing knowledgeable product advice and solutions


• Process sales transactions accurately using the point\-of\-sale system


• Maintain organised and attractive product displays through effective merchandising


• Upsell complementary products to maximise sales opportunities


• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy


• Provide customers with CAD designs for their proposed bathroom order


• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding health and safety standards


• Support the team with general administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette and customer service focus


• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently


• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management


• Effective time management to prioritise duties during busy periods


• Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer relationships


• Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation
