We’re The Parmar Collection, an exquisite group of award\-winning stately wedding venues, multi\-purpose event spaces, boutique hotels, contemporary restaurants and high\-end takeaway food. Behind the scenes, we’re a family business, supported by a diverse and talented team, and we’re looking for Bartenders to join us at Winstanley House.

About the role

Reporting to the Banqueting Manager, and bar supervisors, you’ll be responsible for setting up and running the bar for our events. These include; weddings, balls and charity events.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

● preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service

● identifying guests’ needs and responding proactively to all their concerns

● following all, schedules, policies, and procedures

● providing a two\-way communication and nurturing an environment of ownership, with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork

● complying with all health and safety regulations.

The skills and experience we’re looking for:

● Proven food and beverage experience

● Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

● Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

● Guest\-oriented and service\-minded
