Bartender Part Time / Full Time
We’re looking for a full time for driven, positive and enthusiastic person to join our team at Rabble. Whilst experience is preferred for this role, it isn’t essential. If you’re successful in your application, you’ll be part of a dedicated team and get the chance to enjoy some brilliant incentive prizes and staff perks. What to expect?
Rabble is an effortlessly hip bar and restaurant with ten stylish boutique hotel rooms located in the heart of the city. We host city breaks followed by lazy mornings with boozy brunches, to after\-work cocktails, a la carte dinners, quick bites at the bar and even big celebrations! We are best known for our fully\-booked boozy brunches filled with great music \& good vibes only!
Bartender
Our Bar Teams are the friendly faces of our venues, always striving to exceed our customers’ expectations. We’re looking for genuine and passionate people with high standards, who can still have fun on the job! You will join a vibrant group of people who also keep things calm, cool and collected when busy. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of drink production while serving customers, and ensuring the bar is running smoothly at all times.
About the role:
As a bartender you will primarily assist the Bar Manager in making sure our guests are well looked after with genuine and heartfelt customer care. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests, taking orders \& upselling
- Creating and delivering drinks to our high standard, ensuring consistency every time
- Keeping the bar and back\-of\-house areas clean
- Actively seeking to improve your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- We are a close team to being a team\-worker is key!
- Love speaking to new people
- Have a warm/ welcoming nature
- Be able to join in the fun with our customers
- Be able to adapt their service style
- Be outgoing but attentive
- LOVE working as a team
