The Role
We are looking for an experienced, personable, and professional Bartender to join our Food \& Beverage team. This is a hands\-on role where you’ll deliver first\-class bar service in an exclusive and elegant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of beverage service, upholding the Club’s reputation for excellence.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider F\&B team to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor stock, cash handling, and POS systems.
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful, and professional team culture.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and upselling techniques.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a private members club and/or luxury hotel is essential.
- Passion for hospitality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
