Bartender/Barista

FOH team member – Premium Neighbourhood Restaurant

We’re looking for an experienced, driven FOH team member, with knowledge of cocktails, wines \& premium table service for our fine gastro dining restaurant, The Forge \& Fern, Staple Hill, Bristol.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who thrives in high\-volume environments and never compromises on quality. This role will be service focused, primarily on the bar \& with the expectation to hold a section on the floor. This all whilst maintaining service standards \& upsell strategies, driving the continuous customer journey experience.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in premium casual dining or smart gastro style pub


• Can do attitude, with a well\-balanced outlook of optimism essential.


• Passion for service standard \& guest experience.


• Confident with a great attention to detail


• Under standing of executing service steps \& how to consistently produce cocktails \& coffee to spec.

We offer a basic hourly rate of £12\.21 and a very healthy additional service charge.
