We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and commercially driven Bars and Catering Manager to join our dynamic and passionate theatre team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity that goes beyond traditional bar management, offering the chance to shape and expand the bars offer, while exploring opportunities for the theatre’s small scale live event programme and core income streams.
The successful candidate will lead the day\-to\-day operations of our bars and catering services, ensuring a safe, efficient and enthusiastic bar service for the theatre’s main house events. The role is also key to the development of new income streams through public and private events and hires, and innovative hospitality experiences. You will have the opportunity to grow the service and help shape the future of the venue.
This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart or develop a career in bar management and live events, combining operational excellence with creativity and entrepreneurial thinking. You’ll be a hands\-on leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is based in the UK. Home Office guidance states that candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment, either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
