Reed Further Education is seeking experienced and passionate Barbering Lecturers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students studying Barbering qualifications up to Level 3.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified barbering professional with previous teaching experience who is committed to helping learners develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Barbering lessons up to Level 3
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals
- Maintain accurate records in line with awarding body requirements
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Previous teaching experience is essential
- Experience delivering Barbering qualifications up to Level 3
- Relevant Barbering qualification
- Strong industry knowledge and practical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and student success
