Working alongside the bar team, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW70701280 BCX0">you’ll</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW70701280 BCX0"> ensure that bartenders have everything they need to deliver fast, high-quality service to our members and guests.</span> </p>
<p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW12820748 BCX0">Y</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW12820748 BCX0">our main responsibility is to </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW12820748 BCX0">assist</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW12820748 BCX0"> the bar staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver drinks orders from the bar to members’ tables, acting as a point of contact between the bar and the floor. </span> </p>

<p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bring drinks quickly from the bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members. </li>
<li>Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment </li>
<li>Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. </li>
<li>Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service. </li>
<li>Polishing glassware ensuring they are ready for service. </li>
<li><span class="TextRun SCXW205272006 BCX0" lang="EN-GB" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW205272006 BCX0">Assist</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW205272006 BCX0"> bartenders during service by restocking ingredients, running drinks, and retrieving supplies from storage or cellar.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW205272006 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li>Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. </li>
<li>Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly. </li>
<li>Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment. </li>
<li>Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar capacity</li>
<li><span class="TextRun SCXW171939533 BCX0" lang="EN-GB" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW171939533 BCX0">Basic understanding of bar operations, hygiene standards, and stock rotation.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW171939533 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li>Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School</li>
<li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed</li>
<li>Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously</li>
