Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Duties

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards


• Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service and teamwork


• Oversee bartending, and serving activities to maintain high\-quality offerings


• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize profitability


• Train staff on beverage recipes and responsible alcohol service


• Maintain a lively yet professional environment by managing guest interactions and resolving issues promptly


• Check in guests into the hotel and assist with their needs.


• Holding the pub while the managers are away on leave

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or assistant management experience in a bar or hospitality setting


• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example


• Background in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred


• Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills

Pay: £14\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
