Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar/Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our new \& exciting casual dining restaurant in Cheltenham town centre.
Minimum of 38 hours per week over 3\.5 days. Overtime available. Regular weekends off work. Salary of up to £33,750 p/a.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Suitable for candidates with previous supervisory experience in restaurant or hotel settings.

- Manage daily operations: including opening, closing, and shift handovers.
- Ensure compliance: with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the premises.
- Monitor: bar stock levels
- Health \& Safety: Ensure the dining area meets all local health department standards
- POS Management: Oversee the Point of Sale system
- Prepare and Serve: canned beers, glasses of wine, milkshakes, smoothies, coffee
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, food production, and kitchen processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards gained through restaurant or hotel experience is desirable.
