Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team, including bartenders, servers, and support staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment


• Oversee food preparation and beverage service to ensure quality standards are consistently met


• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or waste


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol licensing laws, and health standards at all times


• Develop creative drink menus, incorporating current trends and customer preferences


• Train staff on bartending techniques, food presentation, customer service skills, and safety procedures


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a welcoming atmosphere


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with hygiene standards

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within bars or restaurants


• Strong knowledge of bartending, food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices


• Experience with food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration


• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and motivate staff


• Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations enhances your ability to adapt seamlessly


• Barista experience or serving background is a plus for understanding guest expectations in hospitality environments
