Bar Manager required to run the Club’s Bar Facilities. This is a part time role
with responsibility for Bar Stock Management, Staff rostering and training, cash
management and reconciliation of till reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the Sales Budget,
Gross Margin and controlling wage costs. In addition the Manager will have
overall responsibility for the Security of Glenalbyn House including meeting
room clients and activities outside of office hours.

The Bar is open every afternoon from 6pm until Midnight, Monday to
Saturday and Sunday from late morning until closing time.
