Bar Manager - Kenfig Hill

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant venue in Kenfig Hill Social Club. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, ensure exceptional service, and craft an inviting atmosphere where members and guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties

• Lead and supervise bar staff


• Manage all aspects of bar operations including bartending, serving drinks and disposal of waste


• Coordinate staff rotas, train new team members, and foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and teamwork.


• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies including gas and cleaning products


• Address member inquiries or concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.


• Ensure the club's membership card fair use policy is adhered to by all staff.

• Proven supervising experience within hospitality settings


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.


• Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.


• Personal License preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kenfig Hill CF33 6ED: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Management/supervisor : 2 years (preferred)

• Personal Licence (preferred)
