Bar Manager - Full Time

Bellinter House Hotel \& Spa, located outside Navan on the south bank of the River Boyne, is a magnificent 18th\-century Georgian mansion designed by Richard Castle for John Preston. With over 200 years of history, the property offers a retreat from daily life in the heart of the Boyne Valley, just thirty minutes from Dublin City centre.

We are currently recruiting for a full\-time Bar Manager who will be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of the hotel bar, ensuring a high standard of service, presentation and guest experience while leading and supporting the bar team. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador for Bellinter House Hotel \& Bathhouse Spa.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the daily operation of the hotel bar

· Lead, manage and motivate the F \& B team

· Ensure consistently excellent customer service

· Manage stock levels, ordering and stock control

· Monitor bar costs and minimise waste

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene

· Ensure all licensing, health \& safety and hotel procedures are followed

· Manage cash handling and end\-of\-shift procedures

· Assist with functions, weddings, events and busy hotel periods

· Work closely with the F \& B Manager and hotel management team

Requirements

· Previous experience in a bar management or senior supervisory role

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Excellent customer service standards

· Good knowledge of bar operations, stock control and ordering

· Ability to work effectively in a busy hotel environment

· Professional, reliable and well\-organised

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays are required

Experience:
