Ideally you will have similar bar management experience and background within high profile, high volume bars \& restaurants, passionate about hospitality, and obsessively detailed about little touches, demanding the very best from yourself and your team, you will also be a tip top mixologist, who can inspire the team \& guest alike.

The Drake \& Morgan collection of bars \& restaurants are all based in and around the city of London, from St. Pauls to Canary Wharf each venue has its own personality and atmosphere with the Drake \& Morgan DNA firmly stamped upon them. Fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food served from open theatre kitchens, chef table’s innovative cocktails, mixology stations and a well\-stocked wine list are all served within a laid back contemporary environment.
A flavour of the Role…
- Stock control, ordering of products, GP and labour control within a high volume, multiple bar operation.
- Training and development plays a key part in the role of a D\&M bar manager, recruiting, training and motivating your team are at the centre of your universe.
- We know it’s not the reason you became a Bar Manager but keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the venue it vital
- Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cash flow
- Opening and closing shift management – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner…

Our Story
Since opening the doors to The Refinery in 2008, the Drake \& Morgan collection now has 16 beautiful bars and restaurants in London and Manchester. We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment. An escape from the everyday. It all started with The Refinery Bankside and since then we haven’t stopped growing, learning and creating.
