About the role
As Bar Manager, you will oversee and ensure a smooth service across day and night operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of bartenders and supervisors.
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring efficient ordering processes.
- Upholding service standards, ensuring consistency across all venues.
- Supporting training and development for the team, focusing on cocktail knowledge, whisky expertise and exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with events, promotions and new menu launches.
What We Need from You
- Leadership skills – experience supervising or managing a bar team.
- Hospitality enthusiasm – a passion for drinks, service, and customer experience.
- Strong communication skills – to lead your team and engage with guests.
- Organisation and adaptability – ability to oversee multiple venues.
- Product knowledge – an interest in cocktails, whisky, and drinks trends.
