We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar operation and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
The Role
This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in standards, and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the bar, ensuring an excellent guest experience, strong team performance, and efficient day\-to\-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
\- Lead the day\-to\-day running of the bar
\- Support, train, and motivate the bar team
\- Maintain excellent standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
\- Oversee stock control, and stock rotation
\- Manage costs, wastage, and beverage profitability
\- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health \& safety standards
\- Assist with rota planning and team communication
\- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
\- Work closely with the kitchen and front\-of\-house teams
\- Drive sales through product knowledge and guest engagement
\- Maintain accurate records, cash handling, and reporting procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
\- An experienced bar manager or senior bar supervisor
\- Passionate about hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
\- A confident and supportive team leader
\- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solution\-focused
\- Strong on standards, consistency, and attention to detail
\- Knowledgeable about drinks, service, and bar operations
\- Professional, approachable, and committed to doing things well
