Bar and Restaurant Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a friendly bar manager who can work alongside our team in preparing a wide array of drinks including, cocktails, coffees, and soft drinks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, leading our bar team, managing stock and ensuring the pub operates efficently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise younger staff


• Deliver outstanding friendly customer service


• Monitor stock levels


• Extensive bar knowledge in providing a high standard of drinks to customers


• Work closely with management in organising staff rotas and stock orders


• Keep on top of cleanliness in the bar


• Organise and perform line cleaning when required

Skills \& Experience:

• Previous experience as Bar Manager or in supervisory role within the hospitality environment


• Strong leadership \& management skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Warm and friendly persona


• Wide bar knowledge


• Understanding of UK licencing and health \& safety regulations


• Weekend avaliability \- including bank holidays, Christmas, Mother's \& Fathers Day


• Able to adapt and cope in a busy fast\-paced working environment


• Confident decision maker


• Passionate and keen to work

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

Pay: £12\.81\-£17\.00 per hour
