Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality, culinary arts, and team management to contribute to the success of our venue.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial oversight.
- Focus heavily on recruitment to build a new and solid front of house team.
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service in a fast\-paced environment.
- Coordinate food production, ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality dishes to customers.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of the establishment.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality experiences, including serving customers when necessary.
- Organise training programmes to develop staff skills in food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers for procurement of ingredients and beverages, managing stock levels efficiently.
- Manage all behind the scenes operations to ensure the venue is compliant with regulations and safety protocols.
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols.
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is desirable.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food production processes and barista experience is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.

Pay: £15\.00\-£22\.00 per hour
