A leading American law firm with a strong and growing presence in Luxembourg is currently seeking a Banking \& Finance Lawyer with at least 7 years of experience to support the continued expansion of its Finance practice.

Your Responsibilities :

• Advise international banks, private equity sponsors, debt funds, and multinational clients on complex financing transactions


• Work on acquisition finance, fund finance, restructuring, real estate finance, and general banking matters


• Draft and negotiate finance documentation and transaction\-related agreements


• Coordinate cross\-border transactions alongside international offices and external stakeholders


• Participate actively in the development of the Luxembourg Finance practice

• Minimum 7 years of experience within a recognised law firm in Banking \& Finance


• Luxembourg Bar qualification preferred


• Fluent in both French and English


• Strong technical background and transactional exposure


• Commercial mindset and ability to interact directly with high\-level international clients
