An established and well-regarded Manchester law firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including lenders, borrowers and corporate clients, on a broad range of banking and finance matters. The caseload will include corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, refinancing transactions, security documentation and general banking work.

This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality transactional work, working alongside experienced colleagues within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance.


• Experience managing banking and finance transactions independently.


• Strong drafting, negotiation and technical skills.
