Brunswick House is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.
Brunswick House is set in a detached house, with the accommodation split across two floors. The home is spacious and offers a relaxed, homely environment, with a variety of communal areas on offer, and a garden area for residents to enjoy.### What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our resident wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As Bank Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
You will also:* Provide personal care support with sensitivity to individual needs and preferences
- Support daily living skills to promote independence (e.g., dressing, grooming, meal preparation)
- Accompany and assist clients in community outings such as shopping, social events, and shows, ensuring safety and positive experiences
- Use de\-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and respectfully
- Develop and follow personalised care plans and behaviour support plans

No prior experience is required for this role, just a willingness to assist with basic care needs. Full training will be provided to support you every step of the way.### What we will give you in return
