Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Assessment Centre and face to face interview which will be held on the same day. The tentative date to host the Assessment Centre is on 17 August 2026\.
To provide a high standard of individualised patient care reflecting individual competencies and education that involves relatives/carers as appropriate. To be responsible for the nursing care of a defined group of patients.
To assist in the management and organisation of the nursing service in the clinical area including the teaching and management of more junior staff or those in training.

Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.
