Care Assistant \- (Bank Staff)
Are you are a caring, compassionate person, with great communication skills?
We are looking for someone who is medication trained.
Would you like to go home after your shift with the feeling that you have made a difference to another person's life, albeit in a small way? We are looking for Bank Carer to cover the occasional Day or Night shift at South Cary House Residential Care Home in Castle Cary, Somerset. The hours are on an "As and when) basis. To participate in the delivery of care to the service users ensuring that their physical, social, intellectual and emotional needs are met.
- To preserve service user's dignity, treat with respect, foster independence and encourage individual choice.
- To ensure that all aspects of the Regulatory Framework are met.
- Work effectively with others within the home to ensure that service user's needs are fully met.
Responsibilities and Duties

Experience not essential, however a willingness to learn and a "can do" attitude is vital. Training is provided.
