Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Worker to join our team at Bankfoot House, located in the heart of our community. This role is vital in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, aligning with our values of compassion and respect.
Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.


• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.


• Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and changes in condition.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.


• Engage residents in social activities to promote well\-being.


• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the care home environment.


• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Previous experience in a care home or similar environment is essential.


• Knowledge of care plans and personal care practices.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.


• A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.


• Basic IT skills are an advantage but not required.
