<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7/8a Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist at a Principal SLT level. Join our client’s team and make a real difference in the lives of adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>· Assess, treat, and discharge adult clients with communication and swallowing difficulties.<br>· Focus on clients with long-term conditions such as MND and dysfluency.<br>· Work primarily in the Croydon University Hospital Out-patient area.<br>· Collaborate with Community Adult SLT Teams.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>
<p>· HCPC & RCSLT registration. <br>· A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy or an equivalent qualification.<br>· At least three to five years, including experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders.<br>· Proficiency in using various therapeutic techniques and tools is essential.<br>· Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and maintaining an up-to-date CPD portfolio.</p>
