<p>We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Band 6 Community Physiotherapist</strong> for an exciting community-based opportunity in London. This is an <strong>exclusive vacancy available only through our agency</strong> and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.</p>
<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>As a Community Physiotherapist, you will work within patients' homes and community settings, delivering high-quality assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation programmes to support patients in achieving greater independence and improved mobility.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.</li>
<li>Develop and implement personalised treatment plans.</li>
<li>Manage a diverse community caseload.</li>
<li>Deliver rehabilitation and mobility interventions.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>HCPC registered Physiotherapist.</li>
<li>Previous NHS experience at Band 6 level.</li>
<li>Community experience is desirable.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.</li>
