Pay Rate: £16.17 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Contract Length: 8 Weeks + Potential Extension
Hours: 20 hours per week over 5 days

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join a busy team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a fast-paced office environment with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including typing, filing, email management, and document preparation


• Act as the first point of contact for calls and enquiries


• Manage appointments, scheduling, and general coordination


• Maintain diaries and support effective time management


• Handle records management in line with company policies and confidentiality requirements


• Support data entry, reporting, and use of internal systems


• Manage office supplies and assist with general office administration


• Provide reception support when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration or office support experience


• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively


• Professional and reliable approach to work


• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
