Your future missions :
Your main mission is to ensure the service delivery of the Airbus Helicopters Group (France and Germany) backup solutions as Product Manager. You will be responsible for guaranteeing that the backup service delivers the expected level of reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your main missions will be :
Backup Service Product Management :
- Define, deploy, and supervise the Backup service strategy and configuration.
- Define and update backup/restore standards.
- Manage and optimize the budget for the backup/restore service (service provider contracts, license, maintenance, support, etc.).
- Be the main interface with the service provider for all backup/restore service topics.
- Manage the service provider's deliverables and quality.
- Define and follow\-up the backup/restore services Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Define and maintain the backup service catalog.
- Define and follow\-up the backup service dashboards (KPIs).
- Backup Solution Daily Operation :
- Ensure the backup/restore service reliability and availability.
- Manage capacity planning to ensure the backup service evolution.
- Act as a Level 3 expert on backup software and environments to supervise and assist service providers in the resolution of complex incidents, changes, and problems.
- Be the escalation manager for all backup/restore service issues.
- Define, adapt, and maintain backup policies in relationship with user needs and requests.
- Manage patches deployment related to backup tools.
- Project Management :
- Lead and manage projects for the deployment of backup services on new technical solutions.
- New Features and Automation :
- Define, develop, and implement self\-service solutions to improve the end\-user experience.
- Obsolescence Managementv :
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Manage and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Continuous Improvement :
- Crisis Management Participation :
- In the event of a disaster, actively contribute to the coordination and execution of the disaster response and recovery plan.
- Your profile :
- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with backup/restore tools (VEEAM, Networker, NetBackup, etc.).
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, technical infrastructure) and ITIL concepts.
- General basic facilities technical skills (power and cooling technologies) and environmental controls.
- Knowledge in scripting languages to develop automation.
- Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation.
- Proven production environment management; strong troubleshooting skills.
- Curious, open\-minded, collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Autonomous, organized, delivery/customer\-oriented, technology enthusiast, and crisis facing robustness.
- Experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders.
