Norwegian AI\-first cloud platform is seeking engineers, ops and business\-development talent
AI and AI\-agents have, in two years, put compute infrastructure into the hands of a wide range of new customers, while existing users are expanding their use rapidly. We expect this shift to keep accelerating, and that AI\-native tools will become even more important in how these servers are managed, operated and accessed – extending the user base by driving the technical skills needed down.
Driven by this conviction, we are building YGGR Compute, a Nordic AI\-first cloud platform. We will offer from ultra\-affordable VPS hosting for agents and simple applications to premium hosting and compute tiers, and over time expanding into the inference market.

We are looking for people to join the engineering and go\-to\-market team across four areas: 1\) Backend 2\) Frontend 3\) Ops and infrastructure 4\) Business development
Experience with operating systems related to VPS hosting and datacenter is an advantage. However, the most important things are a profound interest in compute infrastructure, an AI\-first world view, and either real experience from complex high\-performance platforms or a high\-level technical or commercial education.
Oslo, the wider Nordics or remote. Students with spare time, consultants with immediate availability and experienced engineers are all encouraged to apply.
