At Q\-tech, we collaborate with a well\-established healthtech company that builds the digital bridge between patients, insurers, and medical specialists. Their platform streamlines medical assessment case files for insurance companies and enables teleconsultations with specialists, helping address long specialist waiting times in underserved regions.

The project was migrated to a modern cloud environment and fully refactored around a year and a half ago, so despite being part of a larger, established organization, the codebase itself is clean, modern, and far from legacy.

We are looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js) to join a small, close\-knit team of 4 (1 Product Owner, 1 QA, and 2 developers).

Responsibilities

• Develop the backend of the product using Node.js and TypeScript.


• Build and maintain integrations with external (insurers) and internal (SSO) APIs.


• Work autonomously, making technical decisions independently within a small team.

• Salary range: €40,000–€50,000 gross/year.


• Hybrid model: 2 days office / 3 days remote.

Requisitos básicos

Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production.


• Comfortable working autonomously (not a junior position).


• Experience integrating third\-party APIs.


• Spanish: fluent (required). French: a strong plus.
