<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>The Back Office Agent is responsible for the full preparation, inspection, and operational readiness of the fleet.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on, high-energy, detail-oriented role focused on:</p>
<ul>
<li>Cleaning &amp; detailing</li>
<li>Fleet preparation &amp; equipment setup</li>
<li>Minor repairs &amp; troubleshooting</li>
<li>Stock &amp; consumables control</li>
<li>Depot organisation &amp; logistics support</li>
</ul>
<p>The role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring vehicles meet Indie Campers’ quality standards and are ready for customer check-in.</p>
<p>Given the central role of Back Office in fleet readiness and depot performance, the Back Office Agent serves as the natural second-in-command to the City Lead in daily operational continuity.</p>

<p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Fleet Preparation &amp; Cleaning</strong>: Clean and prepare vehicles, ensuring they meet Indie Campers' standards. Perform post-return inspections and maintain readiness for customer pick-ups.</li>
<li><strong>Stock &amp; Consumables Management</strong>: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and rental extras. Track shipments and report discrepancies.</li>
<li><strong>Logistics &amp; Depot Organisation</strong>: Move campervans between areas, maintain a well-organised depot, and ensure efficient operation.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Support</strong>: Assist with fleet checks, minor repairs, and proactive issue reporting. Collaborate during peak periods for deep cleaning or kit preparation.</li>
<li><strong>On-Demand Support</strong>: Help with troubleshooting, cleaning, and fixing operational issues to ensure smooth deliveries.</li>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Experience in cleaning, logistics, warehouse, automotive, hospitality, or operations preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Must have</strong>: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and hands-on mindset.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Ability to lift, move, and clean vehicles and equipment.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with Front &amp; Back Office, and Servicing.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> A driving license (Category B) is required.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>English proficiency.</li>

<p><strong>PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Able to perform active physical tasks throughout the shift: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Comfortable working on their feet for most of the day, moving between cleaning bays, parking areas, and depot work zones.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Able to lift or carry equipment, cleaning materials, or accessories (up to 15–20 kg).</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Able to clean, stage, and inspect vehicles, including tasks requiring bending, kneeling, or overhead reach.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season periods, dapting to volume changes and operational urgencies.</li>
