Accountabilities:
- Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, outreach, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure across fintech, payments, and Web3 verticals.
- Build, manage, and accurately forecast a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring disciplined tracking of opportunities and commercial activity.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals including pricing models, revenue-sharing structures, and technical integration scopes aligned with partner needs.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including additional payment rails, card programs, and wallet infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Legal teams to translate partner requirements into executable delivery plans.
- Oversee partner onboarding and integration progress, ensuring smooth execution across technical and operational milestones.
- Prepare high-quality commercial materials, pitch decks, and executive-facing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry events and engage in proactive ecosystem networking to build pipeline opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance research, productivity, and sales execution efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B commercial, business development, or sales roles within fintech, payments, embedded finance, or Web3 infrastructure.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B partnerships in regulated or technical environments.
- Strong understanding of both Web2 financial infrastructure (neobanks, payment processors, card issuing systems) and Web3 ecosystems (crypto exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols).
- Experience with BaaS, card issuing programs, embedded finance platforms, or payment infrastructure solutions.
- Working knowledge of payment rails such as SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, and push-to-card systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in payments and digital assets across key markets such as the EU, USA, or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot and experience with project management tools like Jira or equivalent systems.
- Strong commercial communication skills, including proposal writing, executive presentations, and negotiation.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote-first, high-autonomy environment with strong execution discipline.
- Experience or familiarity with stablecoin infrastructure, on-chain settlement, and crypto payment systems is highly valued.
- Understanding of KYC/KYB workflows, API-based integrations, or compliance onboarding systems is a strong plus.
- Existing network within fintech, embedded finance, or crypto infrastructure ecosystems is an advantage.
