We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a proactive sales role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, relationship building, and consultative selling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across sectors including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, industrial, and corporate environments.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, driven by targets, and has an interest in technology, AV solutions, and business communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and outbound sales activity

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision\-makers across corporate, pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial sectors

  • Promote Metro Solutions’ range of products and services including:

  • Video conferencing solutions

  • Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms

  • Boardroom AV systems

  • Digital signage

  • LED video walls

  • CCTV and security systems

  • Unified communications solutions

  • Arrange meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technology solutions

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities

  • Work closely with the technical and project delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development

  • Experience or familiarity with pro audio visual, or technology sales

  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and organised

  • Ability to build relationships with business clients and decision\-makers

  • Professional attitude and presentation

  • Full driving licence essential

  • Visa to work in Ireland essential

  • Knowledge of platforms and brands such as:

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Zoom

  • Logitech

  • Yealink

  • Crestron

  • Understanding of video conferencing systems, meeting room technology, digital signage, LED walls, or CCTV systems

  • Experience working with corporate or industrial clients
