About the Role
We are looking for a driven and high\-energy Remote B2B Sales Agent / Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will work directly with leading aesthetic businesses and medical spas, helping qualify leads, engage prospective clients, and schedule appointments that drive revenue growth.
Our company installs complete revenue growth infrastructure for service\-based businesses generating significant monthly revenue. We are more than a vendor — we become a core part of our clients’ growth systems. This position plays a key role in our Lead Qualification and Sales Infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Utilize our custom CRM and Lead Qualification System to manage pipeline activity
- Fast\-track high\-quality leads and nurture mid\-level prospects through follow\-up sequences
- Follow company sales scripts, booking frameworks, and objection\-handling processes
- Maintain accurate notes and communication records within the CRM
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction
- Fluent English communication skills (UK\-level fluency required)
- Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities
- Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections
- Organized, reliable, and detail\-orientented
- Ability to follow systems, scripts, and sales processes consistently
- Strong work ethic and performance\-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking systems
- Familiarity with lead qualification workflows and pipeline management
- High\-volume outbound calling experience
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Goal\-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and revenue growth
