The Opportunity:
We are currently working with a growing and highly regarded marketing agency in London that is looking to hire a B2B Paid Media Specialist to join their expanding digital team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a paid media specialist with strong B2B marketing experience who enjoys working across strategic, performance\-led campaigns for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across multiple channels while working closely with internal strategy, client services and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise B2B paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display
- Develop performance\-driven strategies focused on lead generation and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and reporting across multiple client accounts
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Work closely with Account Management teams to support client growth and retention
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations confidently to clients
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and innovation
- Keep up to date with paid media trends, platform updates and industry developments
- Previous experience in a Paid Media role within a marketing agency environment
- Strong B2B campaign experience is essential
- Hands\-on experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Paid Social platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data\-driven mindset
- Experience managing campaign budgets and performance optimisation
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment
- Experience using GA4 and reporting platforms would be beneficial
- Salary up to £45,000
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the London office
